Aronia Berries
Sweetened Dried Aronia Berries
are produced from aronia berries harvested at the peak
of their ripeness and then minimally processed with the addition of a small amount
of cane sugar to give them a tart but sweet flavor and a soft, pleasant mouthfeel. These
pea-sized dried berries contain no pits and are an excellent flavor potentiater
Blueberries
Our Blueberries are grown here in the Midwest and are a powerhouse for flavor. Our drying process allows us to make both sweetened or unsweetened blueberries depending on customer needs.
Cherries
Our Cherries are grown in the beautiful Door County Peninsula of Wisconsin. The Montmorency variety of cherry has a more potent cherry flavor with a delicious sour finish. This means both our sweetened and unsweetened cherries carry a fuller flavor.
Cranberries
Wisconsin is the heart of the Cranberry world with over 60% of the worlds cranberries being grown here. We can offer every product cranberry whether sweetened & dried, juice, frozen, seed oil or powders. The fruit we offer is grown with pride and care from our Wisconsin farmers.
